A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

Our apartment, located on the 1st to 4th floors, has a balcony, measures approximately 36 m² and is decorated in shades of purple. It is perfect for business guests or those exploring Vienna. Thanks to the full range of amenities, all of our guests will find everything they need to feel right at home.

You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Air-conditioning provides guests with the ultimate comfort regardless of the weather. Each room can accommodate up to two people.
