Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
