This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult

The huts are designed for the perfect peaceful adult getaway, sadly we do not allow babies and children, so get in a baby sitter and get your stay booked!

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Thorneycroft Shepherds Hut offers short stay holidays for one to two people as an idyllic getaway to the peace and quiet of the countryside. It is situated in a quiet corner of our yard with uninterrupted views down our fields in the picturesque village of Kettleshulme. Great for exploring, a mile up the road the is Goyt Valley and Windgather Rocks, ideal for walkers, climbers and cyclists. In the village there is a local pub, The Swan, that serves excellent food, booking recommended.

With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. This modern and cosy guesthouse was created in 2015 to a high quality with an en-suite. Easy access to Old Trafford, Manchester Airport, Manchester City Centre, AO Arena, Manchester Royal infirmary, Chorlton Village. You will have the entire place, benefiting from all the essentials, such as , Microwave, kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Wifi etc The guesthouse is located at the back of my home with a separate entrance.
