Monthly Rentals in Highland Falls

We had a wonderful weekend at Benjamin's house! We were 16 of us and it felt spacious enough... the house is charming, views are spectacular! The overlook is just amazing, daffodils were in full bloom on the slope behind the house, there were trains and barges lazily moving across the Hudson river... it was the perfect place to relax and reflect. The house is furnished thoughtfully and has little reminders of its historic past. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was easy living. We bought some groceries and the condo had all the things we needed. Enjoyed walking in the area with some great vies of the Hudson. Painters Tavern was a great restaurant and there are several more within walking distance. 2 Alice’s a great little coffee shop. West Point was about 10 minutes away. All communications were positive and helpful. Hudson Art Gallery was very close and a fun visit with two artists running the gallery. Would stay there again:)

A peaceful place to stay. Neighborhood is quiet. You can faintly hear a distant train pass by every now and then, which is relaxing and nostalgic for me. It'll help you fall asleep. The electric heater on the enclosed porch is nice for those chillier days. Home has all of the amenities, and Colleen and Ryan are very responsive, understanding, helpful hosts. Thank you for letting me stay here!

Derek's place is exactly what we were looking for. We felt at ease from the moment that we entered the property. It was easy to find, easy to park, easy to gain entrance and very welcoming! The quiet neighborhood and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. We had everything that we needed plus more. We stayed here while visiting our West Point Cadet granddaughter. It was only a 12 minute drive from Derek's place to 606 Thayer Road where we met up with our Cadet. We had stayed in Highland Falls on other visits. It was worth the extra 2 or 3 minutes drive to stay in Derek's place in Ft. Montgomery. Highly recommended!
