Extremely comfortable seating furniture, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Ostbahnhof, approximately 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, approximately 5 minutes to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Die City Hildesheims ist zu Fuß in 8 Min. erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 5 Min. Zur Hannover Messe gelangt man so in ca. 30 Min. Die Autobahn ist ebenfalls nur 5 Min entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man nicht von Autolärm oder ähnlichem gestört wird. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Deckenleuchten mit integrierten Ventilatoren, um im Sommer eine frische Brise zu ermöglichen.

Spacious apartment over 2 floors, fully furnished with separate access.On the ground floor there is a small bright fitted kitchen, which offers a seamless transition to the living room. In addition, there is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor is equipped with two separate bedrooms and a small guest toilet. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
