Very bright and quiet attic apartment with fitted kitchen/dishwasher, daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, vanity, sleeping niche in the dwarf house, rooms with large skylights and fantastic, mile-long view to the west. Extremely comfortable seating furniture, stereo system, cable radio and TV, fireplace in addition to central heating. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to Ostbahnhof, approximately 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, approximately 5 minutes to the local recreation area. Lockable bicycle shed.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.
