Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

I had a great stay at Lauren’s place! For a DC area Airbnb (and I have stayed at many), this lovely Old City gem is a steal of a deal. Close to all of the great shops and restaurants, a nice walk to the metro, free (and easy to find) on-street parking, and I was able to bring my pup! Lauren was communicative and responsive, and I had a truly lovely stay. Look forward to staying here again soon!

It was a lovely home that was well situated near DC, Annapolis & other coastal entertainment areas. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood & many nearby walks with gorgeous water views. Having a king bed ensuite & 1.5 additional baths plus a fenced in yard for our dog made our stay most enjoyable. We would certainly stay again when next in the area.

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

The Farmhouse was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Located in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and park, this townhouse provided convenience along with comfort. Roger’s Place was nicely decorated and was well equipped. Would recommend this beautiful Occoquan townhome.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Great place to enjoy quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets

A perfect place for our girls trip to Old Towne; we loved that we each had our own room and that they were all delightful and comparable. We enjoyed the breakfast/dining area for our leisurely morning and evening catch-up conversations and also relaxed on the patio one evening-so nice! Home is very well appointed (has everything), beds are comfortable, and checkout was a breeze. Danielle was very responsive and friendly, even dropping over a parking pass so that we didn't have to worry about moving the car! Would stay again and highly recommend. PS. Neighbors saw us leaving one day and offered their assistance if we needed anything. We didn't, but thought that was very nice. Since you have to be a good neighbor to have good neighbors, thanks to all of the visitors who came before us to make that welcome possible.

Love the back porch with water views, very peaceful. The cottage was better in person than depicted on the photos, such a cute place! The bed linens were cozy on super cold nights. Deale is an adorable town.
