House holiday rentals in Hillsdale County

This house was wonderful for myself, my parents, my 2 brothers, sister in law, and 2 nieces! The pool was in use from sun up to sun down. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. My mom was able to navigate between her wheelchair and walker, which meant all the world. I have stayed in many airbnbs. What sets this one apart, besides the gorgeous house, pool, and amenities, was the way everything was stocked. There were enough extra towels for all the in and outs of the pool. Anyone who has stayed at an airbnb with a pool can relate to not enough towels. Not the case here!! Also, plenty of extra toilet paper. And the good tp! How many times have I had to stop during my vacation to buy extra TP. Not at this house! It had everything I needed!! Including washing machine tabs, so I could keep up with the laundry. Tons of extra plates, silverware, cups! EXCELLENT communication from Mary. I am sure our family will be back to this Oasis!

This airbnb was very spacious and clean. My family and I enjoyed this house for the weekend because we could all have our own space but gather whenever we wanted. The hosts were also very nice and friendly! Very good spot for big families.

Annie's place is The Place to stay!!! When I first saw the post and was thinking of a trip, I couldn't stop thinking about the private pool!! That caused me to make the reservation and I am so glad I did!!!! The pool was amazing, even if I ended up doing a polar bear swim or two in the mornings lol!! It's all the other things that make this place a true great getaway!! The winery products and their staff are beyond amazing!!! The host are readily responsive and extremely helpful but at the same time not in your business at all!! Try the fire pit, it was some serene views as the sun went down and then a symphony of sounds as the wildlife chirped up more after dark. Speaking of neighbors, during the day you will be blessed by four goats on site who are also amazing neighbors!!

We booked Bent Oak for our family to come and celebrate our wedding and it was more than we could have expected. Everyone had room to move about. Both of our dogs had plenty of room, and the outside space was so private. Daniel was always responsive and super understanding. I would recommend this to anyone who has a large group that loves to be together, his space allowed us to all do what we wanted separately while still being together. Thank you Daniel for making our wedding weekend celebration perfect!

We booked this place for some time away from the kids and to celebrate a couple birthdays and it was perfect!! The hot tub was lovely and the kitchen was a great place to gather and play some games and enjoy each other’s company. Fran was a great host! Super nice and made sure we felt right and home and super responsive when we had an issue and quick with a remedy. We would love to come back an again with the kids and check out the pool in the summer! Also the place smelled lovely!!

Charming vintage home in beautiful surroundings. Very spacious.

The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything- and then some!- that we needed. There was even a helpful business card for a local dispensary. The location was amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. We saw an eagle, two heron, and two geese families as soon as we turned onto the road before we even got to the house! Definitely bring your own kayak- that's the only regret I have.

Emilie's house was absolutely beautiful. My husband is from the area and 2 of our adult children still live in the area. We were in town for a wedding and a baby shower with 3 kids under 10. The garden house gave us the space for the little kids to relax and somewhere for the big kids to visit without having to be on top of each other. The location was great for us, but if you don't want to be on a busy road I would suggest Emilie's other home in Jonesville that sits off the main road. We loved reading the history on the house and the kids had a blast exploring it. The older books, games and decor were wonderful. It reminded me a lot of going home to my grandma's house. We travel to Hillsdale county a couple times a year and would definitely stay with Emilie again. She went above and beyond as a host.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hillsdale. We highly recommend it. The hosts are extremely thoughtful with setting up the Airbnb to bless their guests. It is a lovely home and very clean too.

It was a delightful stay. I am grateful they provided coffee for the first morning, before I had a chance to shop for some myself. Impressive book collection on the shelves. I loved reading "The Trumpet of the Swan" with my son

Love the light that comes into the house from all the different windows as well as how open it feels inside the house.

A bunch of us old guys come in the summer for a college fundraising golf outing. we tell the same stories every year till the wee hours. the porch was perfect (we knew it would be) for the 12 or so guys and gals that come back. AC worked great and rooms were very comfortable. lots of parking too

Lovely little bungalow. didn't really have a lot of time to enjoy everything. it was like staying at Grandma and Grandpa's home. very nice rustic appointments and all the creature comforts... can't imagine there was anything else we would have needed but what was supplied. wish we'd had a couple more days to hang out and make a fire and watch some movies but we were in and out pretty quickly. good hosting, Randy & Roxy

We enjoyed our stay at the Firefly Cottage. Everything was perfect and the view of the lake is beautiful. We hope to stay next year for our granddaughter’s birthday.

The house is the perfect location for visiting Hillsdale College and is charming, cozy, well equipped, spacious, well appointed in decor as well as amenities, and the host is perfectly responsive. Will always stay here!

Beautiful and peaceful location! The view, the space, the sleeping capacity and flexibility and the offered amenities within the price point cannot be matched. Would definitely rebook and recommend. Not only just one well stocked kitchen, but two could not be beat! Loved the large dining table in which became the focal point!

This is a first rate home in any location, but especially wonderful as a visiting parent of Hillsdale college students. It was our favorite for our daughter’s last 2 years at Hillsdale. It’s a premium rental! Thanks Laura and Eric! You’ve made our visits very comfortable.

Sandra was very accommodating since we needed a place at the last minute. The home was beautiful and we felt right at home. We had deer in the yard both days we stayed there...what a special treat! We wished that we had more time to spend there. When we come back to Hillsdale, we hope that Sandra's airbnb is available. We would totally stay again. Really a great stay!!! Thank you, Sandra!! :)

What a great place in a convenient location! The place was very clean and had very nice amenities. I was able to book it last minute and was so happy that I did. It suited our needs perfectly!
