Holiday rentals with a patio in Hillsdale County

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice and clean. Casey was a great host, communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend his place.

Accidentally left an item when I checked out. In the evening when I realized Chelsea was still quick to respond and help me get the item back. Very helpful host.

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was perfect because it was so close to the Waterloo Hunt Club for our horse show. The inside is recently updated and has everything it listed, even a keurig! This home is on the water and give you assess to the dock for fishing, has a fire pit, beautiful patio and a great grill-eating area including a large picnic table. The 1.5 bathrooms was nice when we were all getting ready in the morning. It’s a quiet area so easy ins and outs. Just overall excellent and so comfortable! Will come back for sure when we have our next horse show!

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

Nice, comfortable and convenient! After asking if the kitchen had a crockpot, I found a new one sitting on the counter when we arrived! The garage ended up being even more of a blessing with the snow.

This unit was even better than the pictures! We were absolutely in love with this place. The tall windows beautifully lit the unit. The furnishings were top-notch. We enjoyed the large amount of blankets available as we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch inside and also out on the back patio. Great find in downtown Marshall!

John & I were so thankful for the living space Kathleen offered. We were in Marshall for 6 weeks to work with the Brain Treatment Center. We loved our health retreat as we worked with Dr. Wallace and her staff. Sunset Hills living was perfect with everything we needed, also to allow me to work remotely while in Marshall. Kathleen and Shawn were amazing and so so responsive to any of our request. Love and Energy! Diana

Plus was so relaxing and cozy. our host personalized recommendations too, would definitely recommend if you're looking for an adventure or for a place to crash in the beautiful Irish hills.

Sue was a delight to work with! As someone who books contractors often, she was by far the best. From one of my contractors: The Arbor View is my absolute favorite place to stay in Hillsdale! As a contractor for the college for the past six years, I’ve tried out all sorts of local hotels, BnBs, and student housing, but none of them come close to the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of The Arbor View. It’s like having my own little slice of home away from home! One of the many amazing things about The Arbor View is its fully stocked kitchen. I could easily cook and store food for the week to save money and avoid eating out all the time. The amenities included a basket full of yummy snacks, bottled water, and high-quality coffee and tea. The entire house was spotless, and the décor, bedding, and towels were all top-notch. There were several areas throughout the house to work on my laptop with fast internet. I especially enjoyed a few deer sightings in the backyard yard.

My stay in Emma's home was amazing. The word I kept coming back to was "sanctuary." While clearly an older home, everything was immaculately clean, freshly painted, and more than thoughtfully stocked with anything I might have needed in bathroom or kitchen. Towels were fluffy and the furniture was super comfy. All in all a tremendous blessing to stay in this home. We were so thankful to find it for the price that we did and hope we might be able to return. Thank you, Emma for your hospitality!

Hands down the cleanest and best stocked AirBnb we’ve ever stayed at. We stay at Airbnb’s a minimum of twice per year and have seen a lot. The host was very nice and thankfully, he helped us facilitate extending our stay. All linens were new and clean. Everything was in great condition and I hope future guests treat this place well because we will absolutely check availability here before anywhere else in the area.

We loved our stay! Such a great old house that’s in wonderful condition. Tons of space. Beds are comfy. We hope to come back with more of the family in the future! Loved the little park with a river right by the property as well. :)
