The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

This first-class 74 square meter apartment offers space for up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms with Smart TVs each with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room that can comfortably sleep another person. Please note that this sofa bed is located in the open-plan living area and not in the two separate bedrooms. There is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.
