Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the number of hours of sunshine) can also be used in the garden.

Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

The house was built in the last century as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city and today serves exactly this purpose again. The new cast iron stove, which takes over the heating of the house with logs, fits the character of the house. Without the stove, the cottage remains cold at corresponding outside temperatures!
