Here it is completely quiet and only the sounds of nature you hear. Nice hiking and biking opportunities right outside the door. The bathing area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. The house is centrally located in rural surroundings and a short distance to the lake. 3 Parking spaces, close to the road, sheltered patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad city: 5 min drive Arendal: 15 min drive (frequent bus connections both ways right by) The zoo, water park and Sørlandsparken: 30 min drive. Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/swimming facilities nearby.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
