The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment.
