Great Place to stay !

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

El señor Giuseppe hizo algo muy bonito por mi papá y le estámos muy agradecidos 🙏 también el señor Nemar siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y el personal de la limpieza todos muy buenas personas y puedo decir que les doy un 100% de calificación. Fuimos muchas personas y puedo decir que la casa es muy grande y hermosa y está muy bien situada estamos a solamente unos pasos de la playa y las tiendas muy cercanas. This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

It's a beautiful little house, and the location is fantastic. Everything was easy, from check-in to finding the perfect restaurant—Mosquito Bar right next door. Would stay again! Christina

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value
