During a cozy breakfast, you can see directly from the windows onto the Gerlos plateau and the surrounding mountain ranges. Here you can ski right up to the door. The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row) and do the rest of the vacation on foot.

Almhaus Louise - My Skigebiet Zillertal Arena

If no one else has snow - we do! Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.

The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at approx. 1700 meters above sea level and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which allows easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar supermarket at the lift station).

A traditionally paneled living room with a glazed bay window. The sheltered south terrace is particularly beautiful.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
