Everything you need for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is there! The lovingly designed 120 square meters offer lots of space (max. 6 people) for a relaxing holiday, also with dog (max. 2). The big treasure of the house is the conservatory with fireplace.

We offer an apartment of about 40 square meters. In the house there is another apartment for up to 4 people and a large apartment on the upper floor. (Possible running noises) Located directly on the "Höhenflug" hiking trail, the "Wilde Wiese" ski resort is also in the immediate vicinity. The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Enjoy nature in an apple tree house and shepherd's wagon

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!
