Die kleine Einzimmerwohnung mit Terasse verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Ein Kinderreisebett und/oder ein Arbeitsplatz kann aufgestellt werden. Vom Flur geht auch ein Bürozugang ab. ( Mo-Do genutzt - kein Publikumsverkehr) Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad verfügt über eine WM. Haustiere sind willkommen.
