The 60 m² granny flat with its own entrance is located in a detached house in a quiet area of Heilbronn-Ost. You can park a car in the inner courtyard in front of the façade, in front of the flat, or free of charge in front of the house on the street. When booking, please let us know whether you only need the bed or also the sofa bed for sleeping. Charging electric cars is only permitted after prior arrangement and payment of 0.43 EUR/kWh. The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
