We had a great stay! House in a well equipped and spacious gated condominium for us to be well accommodated. Super attentive Hosts. Very good!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Very nice place, faithful according to the photos and quiet, good for those who wish to rest. Very airy town, amazing views of the mountains with an air of tranquility. We stayed on the holiday in the house and found the house very complete with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. We were happy to see that the house also had the air fryer fryer as well as the coffee grinders and espresso machine. We were graced with the hostess letting us check out later, this allowed us to do one more tour on Sunday. The house is more beautiful than in the pictures and Glauciane responded very quickly. This is one of the houses we would return easily. We took our large dog and had no problem.

Mariana and her family were kind and helpful from the beginning. Sharing extremely clear tips and instructions about the stay. We had a delay in the scheduled check-in time and were still flexible and still received us with a delicious cake and lots of sympathy. I spent the weekend in the house to celebrate my father's birthday as a family and it couldn't have been better. The house is better than in the photos, the kitchen had complete utensils, the house accommodated us super well, and the view to the lake is great, not to mention that the place is very quiet in quiet. We love and hope to return soon!

Simply too much! Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, you can feel the love in every little piece of furniture and decor! I'm in love with the ranch and hopefully come back soon. We are from São Paulo and my son affectionately nicknamed the “forest house”.

The Residence is wonderful, welcoming, each corner with a special message, kitchen with all the necessary items, everything clean and organized. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available, with a sensational astral. A setback that came quickly resolved. The market indication, pizzeria made it very easy. We hired the service of Juliana, the most enlightened and competent person! Pro Ativa, excellent cook. It certainly made a difference in our stay.

Great house, exactly matches your listing photos. My family was extremely comfortable and satisfied! Well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area with many utensils, we do not pass any food needs. Large and welcoming outdoor space. The positive point is that each room has its bathroom and still has 2 more! Fernanda was very attentive too!

Good morning! I wanted to say that the house is even more beautiful in person than in pictures! All very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeper was super attentive, helped us whenever we need and even accompanied us on the boat ride — it was amazing! We enjoyed a lot, even with not so favorable time to enjoy the water. Thanks for the Tour Tip, it was well worth it and it was really nice.

We stayed at the two-bedroom chale and loved it! Everything clean and organized. Kitchen with necessary items for quick meals and in the shared kitchen you can find more utensils. Cozy bedding, smelly bedding, and bath towels. The Property is wonderful! Very well cared for and giant (great for pets). The location is excellent. The access has a stretch of land, but in great condition. The host is very helpful and quick with responses. It's a valley area, so the cell signal is painful. It only takes it alive and not always. Good for disconnecting :)

My stay in Monte Alegre do Sul was simply wonderful! The site is amazing, with a breathtaking view — exactly as shown in the photos. The host was exceptional: attentive, helpful and always available to meet all our requests. It was a true partner throughout the Experience. Everything was spotless and exceeded expectations. Note 10! I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

The great place, very beautiful, peaceful, super well-equipped, and with A LOT of things to the children. My children loved the animals, chickens, garden, orchard, field, playground, swimming pool, fire... It was delicious days. Janaina was hyper helpful and kind, we'll definitely be back!!

What an amazing place a peace that has no explanation the perfect house complete has everything we need, the perfect pool the city center 10 minutes from the house with everything we needed the city is amazing! Fernanda's house is a charm, super well equipped to enjoy with family and friends a quiet place full of nature. We spent the carnival with friends and it was perfect! We advise to arrange tours and snacks/meals in advance as there are no quick delivery and no restaurants nearby open every day. The markets are also at least a 20 minute drive from the house. Many options around boat rides and sports, beautiful landscapes.

Our stay at Chácara Yporam was very good. Very kind host and the homemaker also kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and equipped. The Chácara is well-designed, with good and intelligent use of the area, diverse spaces and tasteful environments that welcome and serve guests very well. The house is very practical and it was very clean and organized. The decor is pleasant with comfortable furniture. Good bed and bath linens, all well organized and with excellent presentation. We really felt at home, everything worked well.

The house is even better than what you see in the photos! Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen and leisure area structure is separate from the house that has the rooms was a differential for us! The sensational barbecue and pisicin area! Structure that served 10 people well! We're definitely coming back! We only have to praise José and Maria for the hospitality and how they welcomed us!

Felipe was very polite, helpful and friendly. Easy communication. The house is well located, in a secure condominium. The floor space is amazing, very well equipped, dishwasher, fridge, beer, air conditioning.. The top space is simpler, it needs some adjustments but no big problems. We combined the cleaning of the pool and everything went as planned, it would come back other times!

It was our first visit to the teiú site and we were delighted! It had been in my list of places to go for a while!! We went and loved it!! The view of the rooms to the garden and to the dam is so beautiful!! We took days of sunshine and was able to enjoy a lot!! We want to come back soon!!

It was just as I expected for the communication I had with Graziela before arriving. Beautiful place... impeccable...all well organized...a paradise. Graziela makes us feel at home...we are greeted with affection...welcomed in the best possible way.

Everyone felt in the clouds, well treated and overwhelmed by the high level of what they found on the property. It did not make you want to leave.. the house has a great energy and everything available is of quality far above the average. It was made with care and everything is still majestic to the delight of those who are lucky to spend time there
