The property, which is located on the outskirts of a small cozy town, provides quick and easy access to forest and nature. It is centrally located in northwest Zealand, close to everything that West Zealand and Odsherred have to offer. There is quick access to the local Netto.

Here you can find a wonderful peaceful place for a small family, with sleeping accommodation for 3 adults and 1 child. The flat is approximately 75 square metres, as there is a locked room. This also means that the "double bed" is a sofa bed in the living room, which can be unfolded and used by 2 people. From the terrace, there is always birdsong and the chance to enjoy the greenest view over trees and fields. There's a playground right outside the front door, and there are no cars in the area, so it's a really safe place for children.

The train station and harbor are 1.5 km from the apartment. The trip to Copenhagen takes 40 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car. Good for friends, colleagues or a couple. If you have children (0+) it counts as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - and there may be construction noise in the neighborhood from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Apartment with a lovely view of the city. City bus right outside the door and less than two kilometres to the city centre. The apartment is in a very quiet area, and there is a playground in front. The flat is rented with one bedroom with a 140x200 bed. For 3-4 guests, there is another room with a bed of the same size. There is a lovely, large, sunny balcony. The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor), so there are no neighbours above. There is no elevator.

There is free parking and several shopping opportunities nearby. There are several bus stops within 500 meters. It is about 3 km to Holbæk city center, and about 65 km to Copenhagen. There's pretty much highway all the way.
