Beautiful villa apartment with loft, kitchen area, bathroom with bathtub as well as balcony, garden and terrace close to Holbæk Harbor. Free parking is available at the house. The train station and harbor are 1.5 km from the apartment. The trip to Copenhagen takes 40 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car. Good for friends, colleagues or a couple. If you have children (0+) it counts as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - and there may be construction noise in the neighborhood from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Lovely summer house in the 1st row to the water on Orø

The house is located in the first row to the water with an attractive view of the Isefjord. With a total of 9 beds (max 4 adults), there is room for the big family. On the ground floor there is a room with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed. On the loft, there are 2 sleeping areas separated by a living room. There is a double bed as well as 3 good mattresses that can be moved around as needed. A beautiful gem to be experienced. There is a kayak for free use as well as 2 weekend beds and 3 high chairs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is plenty of space and quiet surroundings. The wood stove invites you to enjoy the dark winter evenings with crackling and good music from one of the two systems that provide fantastic sound to the living room. Outside, there are fantastic surroundings in the summer, where the garden invites you to have outdoor food on the grill or over the fireplace. Later in the evening, the sunset or the starry sky at night is indescribably beautiful.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig, som er fra 1878 og et af Danmarks mindste stråtækt hus. Kan bruges som hjemmekontor og der er supercharger til elbil 5 min fra huset. Tæt på Roskilde, hvor man kan se Domkirken, hvor den kongelig familie er begravet, og Vikingemuseet. Holbæk ligger også tæt på med golfbane og fuglereservat. Begge byer har hyggelige gågader og restauranter. Huset er lavt til loftet, men hyggeligt og en dejligt lukket have. Der er 45 min i transport til København City.

The apartment is on the 1st floor above a garage, with its own entrance.

There are a few bicycles available - both in adult and small children's sizes. 900m to the water and a really nice jetty. About 4 km to the grocery store and 800 m to the pizzeria

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
