Luxury vinyl plank flooring , newer furniture, kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. TOWELS and LINENS provided and beds made on arrival. Beach gear for your use. Outdoor shower. Well stocked kitchen. We are on the second floor of a raised building. Two flights of stairs, no elevator. 4 night minimum Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
