Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your own private entrance from the mudroom. Only a mile from 8th St Holland. The large living area will provide you a great space to relax with a new 85" TV. Comfy bedroom with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The second sleeping space is a queen memory foam Koala sleeper. The backyard you can use as your own. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place to relax this is it. No full kitchen only a kitchenette.

Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.
