Colonial Cottage is situated in the picturesque Waukazoo Woods of North Holland and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Step inside and feel instantly welcomed by the charm of this idealistic Michigan cottage with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 baths. A block from the lake, this home is complete with a fireplace, sauna, and spacious private yard. Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!
