Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Enjoy relaxing in beautiful surroundings with pine trees and sea breezes, barbecue or enjoy good food in nearby restaurants and pleasant evening walks along the beach.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation.

Enjoy unique Ljunghusen, known for its heather, large pine trees and beautiful white sand beach, in this charming house with a pool, sauna and large terrace and outdoor dining area. The house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, as well as a separate pool house with two beds. It has an open kitchen and dining area and a lovely sitting room with an open fire. Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The cottage has high standards, is bright and airy. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bed of 180 cm and 1-2 extra beds in the sofa bed of 140 cm. Steep and narrow staircase up to the beds on the loft floor. Shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. Private parking space. Entrance and garden in secluded location.

New guesthouse for maximum 4 persons. Fully equipped. Public transportations are not the best so we REALLY recommend getting here by car. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away.
