This 35m2 guest cottage, renovated in 2019, is close to fantastic sandy beaches in an area of natural beauty. Located in the family friendly town of Höllviken, it is just a short walk to pubs, restaurants and local shops. Nearby activities include golf, horse riding, tennis, walking paths, birdwatching, a viking village and Falsterbo International Horse Show. Local buses, a 3 minute walk away, take you to Skanör/Falsterbo and also North to Malmö with an easy train link to Copenhagen.

This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

An incredibly beautiful holiday destination – all year round. Close to Denmark and Copenhagen, the Måkläppen nature reserve for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

Sängkläder och 1 handduk per person ingår. Städning ingår inte i priset. Vill ni inte städa själva så går det att köpa till för 1500 kronor per vistelse. Meddela värden i god tid om ni önksar städning.
