The guest house is an attic house of 30 m2 plus 10 m2 sleeping loft and has its own parking, private entrance and private patio that is protected from view and separated from the rest of the residential house's garden. We offer a private and peaceful accommodation on a quiet street with a cozy and lush garden with proximity to both beach, shopping and restaurants. The accommodation consists of a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a sleeping loft.

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Ljunghusen is a peaceful area yet is close to the restaurants and stores in Skanör and Höllviken, and a 20 min drive from Malmö.

Strömma - Summer Cottage

Rent from Saturday-Saturday during summer. Bring own sheets and towels, but if you want to travel light it's possible to rent for 120 sek/person. You’ll love my place because of its coziness and location. Built in 1920 and extended in the 60th's on a big sunny lot, close to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Ett eget radhus/lägenhet med privat tomt i hjärtat av Höllviken. Två sovrum och ett rymligt allrum med kök. Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till både stranden, centrum och bussförbindelser. Sängkläder och 1 handduk per person ingår. Städning ingår inte i priset. Vill ni inte städa själva så går det att köpa till för 1500 kronor per vistelse. Meddela värden i god tid om ni önksar städning.
