New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

The cottage has a modern facilities in the bathroom and a cosy south-facing terrace. The cottage has heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the ocean, restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Visit amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation.

With us, you are close to most things, a kilometer-long sandy beach, a mall with a large grocery store, liquor stores and shops, a center with restaurants and service shops (hairdresser, naprapath, beauty salons), tennis courts, paddle tennis and several beautiful golf courses. An incredibly beautiful holiday destination – all year round. Close to Denmark and Copenhagen, the Måkläppen nature reserve for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

The cottage is bright, modern with thoughtful details. When you arrive, the beds are made and towels are included. Here are all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It is very close to the marina and close to the beach.
