Cozy summer cottage close to the sea. Only 4 minutes to walk to the water. There is a sand volleyball court, soccer field, sandy beach and swimming pier in the summer. Veranda that extends along two of the sides of the cabin, with a nice view of the drammensfjord. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave and standard kitchenware. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is electricity and water. Air conditioning in the living room and barbecue on the veranda. Combustion toilet,urinal and shower.

The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking for up to three cars. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.

There are covered patios on both sides of the home, as well as a covered trampoline. Very child-friendly area with no transit traffic and several playgrounds as a neighbor. Grocery store is within walking distance of the accommodation.
