This is the perfect basecamp location for scalloping, swimming with the manatees or just chilling on the river. Guests have access to entire house as well as a lockable shed in carport. We are available anytime by phone, text or email. Access to house will be given via codes prior to check in. Located in the HEART of Old Homosassa in a residential neighborhood. 1 block away from free public boat ramp and gas. Walking distance to multiple food/ gas / bars/ shopping. Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.
