Family-friendly holiday rentals in Homosassa Springs

The house was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the hosts were very nice. We went on a family vacation and the home was perfect for what we needed. It is kid friendly. The pool area is nice great for entertaining the whole family. Everything was perfect! Thank you Jeff and Sandee!

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

It was just as described, clean, lay out was perfect. Over all location was perfect! downtown port richie is always hoppin, close to all beaches. Ya really cant ask for anything more. A night out, too a relax in the pool And a realistic price!

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

Rented this house for a birthday getaway with up to eight girls and the space was amazing. There was enough beds for everyone I was also able to bring my dog for the weekend! It’s such a beautiful house especially the kitchen! Everything was easy to use and the host provided many many many towels, which we definitely appreciated. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed the weekend.

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

Great place to stay with pets. Neighborhood felt comfortable. Close to lots of things. Joan Marie was helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Our third visit to Kristine’s place and it was awesome as usual. The farm fresh eggs are delicious! We also enjoy the eclectic collection of artwork and photos. Such a paradise!

Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

I cant express enough how satisfied I am with my stay. This trip was perfect from start to finish. Mary was so responsive even after my trip ended. the house was perfect and spacious. she has thought of everything. The house had everything one would need and then some. the neighborhood was quiet but not far from stores and restaurants. Everywhere we went was easy to get to and return. the location of her house was perfect. I can not wait to stay here again!

The home was perfect and so clean! The pool and the on site kayaks were all amazing. Joan was very kind and responded quickly with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home!

We had a fantastic time at Val’s lovely home. It was much bigger and had more amenities and experiences then we had expected. The home had everything we needed and more! The WiFi was great for 3 virtual students and working parents. We loved all the wildlife we saw at the dock and kayaking every day. These included many kinds of birds, fish, dolphins, and stingrays. We all enjoyed the warm pool daily. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants and a fabulous ice cream store in Hudson. We had fun checking out different beaches in the area and places to hike. We watched the sun rise and set at the house and in the neighborhood. My kids liked fishing off the dock, collecting shells and the water trampoline at nearby Sun West Park. We felt like we were in Paradise! Wonderful family memories were made here.

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

The home was in a great location in Crystal River and on a quiet neighborhood street. The host was very responsive when I had questions and even brought us some fresh chicken eggs one morning. Our 4 kids loved the pool and were excited that they had a TV in their rooms since they don’t have TVs in their rooms at home. There was a lot to do locally so we weren’t hanging out at the house much, but when we were there, it was comfortable and nice. When we return to Crystal River, we will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

We very much enjoyed staying at Danita’s place and would stay there again. It was nice having a garage to park the car and my wife loved the bathroom and shower.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and will surely stay again when we visit Florida.
