As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

The place was spotlessly perfect with all the facilities, the room and living room kitchen both had enough space, and it had everything we needed perfectly. The garden is also spacious and even has a small garden connected to the kitchen. Most importantly, the host responds quickly and cheerfully, and answers questions clearly.

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxon) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia personally welcomed us and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around on the farm outdoors, as well as very tasty pepper juice from local orchards from the nearby Lenggries area. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can go on vacation very private and for yourself, but if necessary and your own wish, it is also involved in farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and has nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this wonderful house. We loved it from the first minute. The accommodation is not only high-quality and modernly equipped, but also generously sized, well maintained and thought out in detail. There is really nothing missing! We particularly liked the quiet location (next to the house), which for us was also super good for jogging in nature as well as for walks in Teisendorf itself. The beds in the house are very comfortable and in the evening the cozy hobby room with dart and foosball invites you to relax. Equipments with smart TV, full equipped kitchen and beautiful patio furniture have also exceeded our expectations. A place to feel good, which you immediately take to heart. We will definitely be back and can recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is very nice and located on the top floor in the attic. The house is spacious and very clean and can easily accommodate four or more guests. Communication with the host despite the holidays was all in all simple. The village of Chieming does not offer particular activities or places of interest, so keep in mind that to visit the beautiful surrounding areas you will definitely need a car.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We would like to find other words than the positive reviews already given, because...it was just beautiful, exactly as described and just so lovingly furnished and decorated and cozy. It is immediately apparent when you see Bettina what a loving, warm person Bettina is - and Andy certainly too - had only communicated a little more with Bettina. :) Starting point for soooo many beautiful excursions. We were there over Christmas and she gave us a Christmas bouquet and a Christmas bag/gift. Soooo sweet. Thank you for everything. Anyone who has something to complain about here is beyond help. All our love with all our hearts.
