Nice two-room apartment between lake and ocean

Friends from all over the world, we are delighted to welcome you to our 30 m² air-conditioned one-bedroom accommodation, located in a small quiet street. The accommodation is on our plot, completely independent and self-contained, with no neighbours overlooking. 500 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach and the town centre, 10 minutes from the ocean. It is a small cosy nest, ideal for a couple with or without children, consisting of a 160 cm bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. Outside, you'll enjoy two wooden terraces.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Wooden house 75 m2, 2 steps from Lake Hourtin. Decorated and flowered with passion and care, this little haven of peace will make your days "luxury, calm and pleasure". Recently renovated, the house offers comfort and practicality (air conditioning) both indoors and outdoors. The 80 m2 wooden terrace allows several tanning and/or nap spots. During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!
