The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

A stairway leads you to the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a glass folding door that opens onto a sheltered private balcony with stunning mountain and valley views.

Nearby are many restaurants (that deliver), wine farms , and within a short drive are beaches and the village center of Hout Bay with groceries, shops, and other attractions.
