Near the Bielefeld motorway junction, the newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a ZFH. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. From here you have access to the balcony overlooking the garden. In the bedroom, you can enjoy the nights in a double bed and in the study there is another cosy bed. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge. The modern kitchen and bathroom complete the apartment.

🌻Please read all information before booking!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Vacation home near open-air museum

The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
