The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the extension of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Enjoy your stay in our quiet, modernly furnished apartment for 1-4 persons. The apartment is close to the Westfalen-Therme and the Dedinger Heide Lakes. A bus stop with connections to downtown or to Paderborn is only a 4 minute walk away. The apartment offers the perfect retreat with a bedroom, a living room with sleeping facilities, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a tourist tax of €2.80 per day/per person, which is paid in cash on site.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style.
