We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Everything is very good, the house renovated and perfect and Loli is very kind, if we have to come back in the area in the future we will repeat!!

Very nice, modern place on quiet side of town but close to Denia, Ondara, beaches.

Antonio is a perfect host; he was very attentive to our needs and cared for us in everything. We will be back!

Our stay at Cindy's place was unbeatable. From the moment we booked, she looked out for us, if we needed anything and answering our questions. She also gave us many local recommendations as those days were festivities in Bolbaite. As for the house, it is very well located and fully equipped. Everything perfectly clean and tidy Unbeatable

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Robert's villa is simply wonderful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing weekend. The location is fantastic, with a good life on Calp and the Penyal d 'Ifach. Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia are all less than an hour and a half away. The host has always been kind and proactive, staying with him has been a pleasure and we hope to be back very soon. My family (2 adults+2 kids) stayed for over 2 months at Antonio's place in Gilet, it was wonderful! The place was very cosy and charming and has everything we needed. We loved the balcony and the view on the pines, the village of Petres, the mountains, and we could even catch a view of the sea over the pool:-) Antonio is the sweetest man on earth. He went out of his way to help with everything beyond the working of the house, as we just relocated to Spain, he gave us a lot of information and helped us with various needs. It was easy to park in front of the house. The house and location felt very safe as it is in an urbanization and security is doing rounds. Neighbors are friendly. Just up the street you can walk on a trail through the pines and access other trails. Gilet is a lovely village with lots of activities (theatre festival in October). There's also a train station. Supermarket is 3 minutes away driving. There's a bakery in the village and some restaurants, & kids activities.

First of all, I want to say that check-in went really smoothly. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication during the stay also went wonderfully. When a shutter had to be repaired, this was done right away. The pool is very nice - a little cold without pool heating in October - and is cleaned once a week. We were a total of 5 families, the house is a good size and it all had enough space. The kitchens were well equipped, everything was clean when we arrived. The upper apartment is really very nice, the lower one (where you are most of the time) would need a small renovation, especially the bathrooms. But that was ok too. The outdoor area is nice, there is plenty of seating, a large barbecue, billiards, table tennis ….. There are many great restaurants nearby, the beaches are easily accessible and there is plenty of shopping. All in all we had a very nice stay!

The villa was amazing, with great views, a great pool, and all very private. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing few days. Fareen was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!

Casa Colari was a beautiful apartment, very clean, with a sunny private garden. There are several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, Aldi is very close by. We found a bus stop within 8 minute walk to get to the tram station which can take you to Benidorm. You can walk to La Fossa beach in about 10 minutes and to the marina in about 20 minutes, where you can take a boat trip. We wanted to climb the ifach rock but you MUST book it first, you will not be allowed without an appointment it’s free but just for numbers as they only allow 300 people a day. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lorraine left a welcome pack which was much appreciated. We were met by friendly staff who let us in and showed us around and gave us the Wi-Fi code. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home and very safe. The beds were extremely comfy so much so we want to buy the same toppers!!

It was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were delighted with the house, very quiet and cozy area with very good service from the hosts. If you want to have a good time with your family, this is the place.

The location of the cabanas is simply fantastic and was as described in the listing , nature surrounds you from the first moment. Laura was very attentive throughout the stay, she recommended places to eat and routes to do. Our mascot had a great time too! Surely we will repeat, we loved the experience.

The house is in a residential area, of villas, very quiet and very nice and tidy. The property has a driveway access with parking, very comfortable. As described, the first floor is inhabited, but the person present, extremely discreet, we never perceive it. View only on arrival and departure. You access the spaces provided by a reserved gate and you reach the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, kitchenette, barbecue area and table with chairs and sofas. What can I say: wonderful! The spaces are very comfortable, 3 bedrooms of very good size, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and equipped kitchen. Truly a beautiful solution! Congratulations to Lena on the house and her availability and kindness!

It's a pretty nice house, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. There was nothing missing. Having two kitchens is tremendous PLUS. There are many board games, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Julie's sympathy by phone and Nigel's personally was PHENOMENAL. The house was super clean! The wind, can be very strong. Thanks Julie and Nigel

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended
