Monthly Rentals in Hoznayo

We have been 2 adults 2 2 children. Mid-August. Spotless cleanliness, lots of room to store things, kitchenware and crockery well, we really save some dinner the rest out of the apt. It has a good TV in the ppal bedroom. it parks very well on the street. It has several rtes, a Lupa, Chinese bazaar, parks, bakery all walk... The home is spacious and comfortable. Good appliances, cleaning products. It is very well located for beaches and to visit sites. Javier was very friendly, he was there when we arrived. He recommended us places. We asked for a barbecue and nos la.puso nuevo. It's a quiet neighborhood and the patio is a wonder, sunny and you don't hear a soul!. Very comfortable beds and very spacious closets above all the ppal. New towels. The wifi is great. Good shower and boiler pressure in condition. In front you have basketball and soccer courts and a playground. The truth is that we have been great because we have not lacked anything!! 🤗

A perfect 5 day stay to go with the family and visit the surroundings such as the Parque de Cabárceno, Somo, Santander, Liérganes, Noja and surrounding beaches. Recommended for those looking for amenities such as pool, garage, apartment size and location close to highway to visit Cantabria coast

Marta and Ian's place is very tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out in. It's conveniently located for getting down the beach at Somo or heading south into the hills. Marta and Ian were very welcoming, friendly and communicative and gave a good list of local recommendations which was very useful. There were quite a few rural noises (dogs and chickens etc) which were not a problem for me, but could be an issue if someone was a very light sleeper. Overall a nice place to stay and happy to recommend it!

everything perfect..the perfect apartment to spend a few days..sob the whole location to be able to move anywhere in Cantabria..Santander..Laredo..Santoña..Noja.. Castro Urdiales...Lierganes..Puente Viesgo.. specific place to go anywhere..Nuria pending everything at all times... so the only thing I can say is that thank you very much.. for sure we will return..5 great days..a great stay..
