The Flutterby Beach HouseA burst of color and relaxing surroundings in a sleepy walk-a-bout part of Hudson. Waterfront restaurants, old time ice cream parlor and a white sand beach all easily accessible without leaving the neighborhood. For water fun we have 2 large cockpit kayaks and a paddleboard. Fishing right off the dock! My 4dr Toyota is available to rent separately through me after booking is confirmed.
Margaritaville on the waterWelcome to Margaritaville. Legend has it that this was the home of a merchant sea captain (possibly a pirate), who through the years acquired precious artifacts while at sea. He finally quit sailing in the late 1940's and named the property after a drink he discovered when abroad. Old shipmates would come over to try his drink which led to arguments, and then to fighting and bottle throwing. The property gained notoriety as quests increased in number and the brawling became widespread.
