Monthly Rentals in Humboldt

We throughly enjoyed the Sioux Falls area. The AB&B was very comfortable and accommodating. Located in a safe neighborhood, lots of great restaurants within 3 - 5 miles. Chris is an amazing host. He is very responsive to any questions and very cordial in his interactions. We look forward to staying here again.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Clean, newer home, mega quick responses from Tommy and Cory, easy check in, super clutch fenced yard for the pups, and anything you could need within walking distance. All in all, couldn’t ask for more - this was awesome! Thank you Tommy and Cory! :)
