Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

The cozy apartment with double bed, sofa and desk is located in the middle of the trade fair area in a quiet backyard. From here it is a five minute walk to Messe Basel, the Musical Theater, or the Badisches Bahnhof. The bus line 30 to the city center stops around the corner. Large, bright old town apartment

The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.
