In high season, there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage was built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. AppleTV is available in the cottage.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

To the bus stop, it is about a 10-minute walk. There are 3 beds in 2 bedrooms, 140 cm, 80 cm and 70 cm. Low ceiling height in the small bedroom. The house is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.
