Here you live in a quiet area with cycling distance (about 10 minutes) to central Hunnebostrand and only about a 15-minute walk to saltwater swimming in beautiful Ulebergshamn. Completely non-smoking accommodation, both indoors and outdoors. No pets allowed due to allergies.

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in our villa. During low season, September - May. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during low season. The house is located in a quiet and rural location in nice Hunnebostrand. Approximately 2 km to shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.

Parking is available for two cars in a row. Sleeps 4-5. Suitable for a family with 2 adults and 2-3 children. We prefer guests over 30 years of age.
