Monthly Rentals in Hyannis, Barnstable

We just returned from a perfect week in Hyannis. This property lived up to everything posted in the listing. The home was very comfortable with everything you could need. Location was perfect for walking to local restaurants, ferry to Nantucket, JFK Memorial Park to name a few. Eric was extremely helpful and responded immediately to every question no matter how small. We highly recommend this property.

We recently stayed at Daniel's Charming Cottage over the Christmas vacation break. The house was charming, quaint, and in a nice/quiet neighborhood, but also a close drive to restaurants and places we were visiting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen were spotless. There is also a cute little coffee nook with a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. When we arrived, the house was chilly, as the house is heated via a mini split and a space heater. However, it didn't take too long for everything to warm up once we figured out how to turn the heat on the mini split. Daniel was incredibly responsive, checking in with us not long after we arrived to make sure we had what we needed. We are hoping to return in the summer - it's only a short walk to the beach from the house! Highly recommend Daniel's place!

Extremely comfortable and well designed. Everything you need for a great stay. All amenities were spotless and in great working condition (like new). Also they have coffee, oil, salt, pepper, those little basics that really make a difference when you want to use the kitchen. The location is near the center but on a nice quiet street. The host, Craig, was absolutely delightful and immediately responsive. The laundry is a coin-laundry, so when I didn't have enough quarters, he sent over a colleague within an hour with change so I could do my laundry. Amazing!!! There is a lot of light from the streetlamps, so if you are sensitive you might want to bring a sleeping mask.

Sharon’s cottage in the cape was incredibly cozy and the perfect place to stay. Sharon is an exceptional host who was super responsive and helpful and she let me meet her lovely lady Diva 🐶. A great place to stay, close to so many restaurants and shops
