This wonderful Cape Cod style home is located in the heart of Hyannis, that means close to the culture of what the city is all about such as, Main Street, transportation center, restaurants, night life on main street, public play grounds and parks, beaches, stores, historical cultural displays. You'll love this quaint home because of its light, comfy and cozy feel and totally separate from the rest of the house.
What guests are saying:“Great stay at Bernice’s place. It is a little suite off of the main house with a bedroom, bathroom and a little living area. Perfect for 2 people. There are tenants that live in the main part of the house, we could hear them occasionally but it did not bother us. Bernice greeted us on our arrival and was so accommodating. She had the little fridge stocked with water, juice, bagels and other snacks. She even offered to get us fresh fruit for our stay.”

You will love the convenience and setting of my home as well as my hospitality.
What guests are saying:“Marta is a fast responder, and she provides your comfort. I stayed in the Green room (one of the available rooms with a big closet) for five days. My room was cozy and warm, and Marta can adjust the temperature if you wish. Only, the heating system was noisy at night, but I used my earplugs and completely block the noises, so it was not a problem for me at all. I like hot water for showering. She has a big kitchen with many pots and pans and dishware. I would recommend bringing spices if you want to cook. If not, it's not a big deal at all. I enjoyed cooking in her kitchen. Marta has no pet if it's your concern :). Her place is very clean and she put my washed dishes away every night! Thanks, Marta! I really did not expect that! I was allowed to use the living room, TV, and almost all the house. There was a nice guy living (I'm not sure if he was a guest or a tenant) in the basement. I barely saw him, but i could hear them from the kitchen after a workday that they talk together Portugues. The location is only 5 minutes away from grocery markets (stop and shop, whole foods market, Cape Cod mall, Cape Cod chip factory). Quiet and nice neighborhood. Great location! All in all, It was a great experience at Marta's place. I will stay there again. Thanks! a lot for everything.”
