Welcome to our studio of 30m² completely refurbished in 2024, located on the Presqu'île de Giens, on the ground floor with 16m ² terrace You will be staying in a secure, fenced-in residence with a dedicated parking space. You will have access to the beach 200m walk by a private path 300 meters to the right when leaving the residence is the "Marché bergerie" with bakery, fruit and vegetable en primeur, fishmonger, regional products and terrace overlooking the old Salins d 'Hyères🦩

This 25 m2 studio on the 4th and top floor is ideally located in the city centre and a few metres from the beaches while being quiet. The property has a secure underground car park, a fully equipped kitchen. It consists of an entrance with a bunk bed and a double bed in the living room as well as a terrace. The property also has Wi-Fi and a washing machine. If you don't want to clean (as indicated in the rules), you can opt for the cleaning service for €30 (only on request)

Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool, our large garden, the vegetable garden, or lounge by the pool listening to the birds sing, you can also go for beautiful hikes, close to the beaches, you will walk on the hot sand and practice water activities.

For a stay with family or friends, nestled in the heart of the Caramy Gorges, close to the Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire caves, come and enjoy the environment, conducive to nice walks and beautiful hikes. Very nice village with all the shops of basic necessities near the gite (restaurants, bank, medical office, pharmacy...) It is ideally located, in the Aix-Toulon-Marseille triangle. The first beaches are 1 hour from the cottage.

The garden and swimming pool are private areas, not accessible, and not included in the rental.
