Absolutely recommend staying with Dan. Great host with a great space. Dan was always available to answer any questions and tackle any issues. Very spacious room upstairs with a very large bed in top notch condition and lots of pillows. National grid power supply was excellent and together with inverter and a poweful generator, 24/7 power supply is guaranteed. The room has a great air conditioner which I turned on whenever I was indoors and was basically always available. There was also a great table fan to supplement as needed. I love that there were 2 large mirrors in the room and another in the bathroom- my vain self was very satisfied haha. The house is located in a very secure GRA with 2 factory Authentication security posts. Ofcourse this means, that the security post had to be called to admit in dispatch riders or uber drivers but again Dan was more than happy to make the call a 100 times a day if needed. In Summary, Stay with Dan! I recommend.

It's a nice place to stay, but I am of the opinion that a sign from the major road showing the place is necessary, given the fact that a couple of uber drivers I ordered cancelled the bookings as a result of not being able to locate the place.

Is great place and very secure is place to be feel at home friendly people from security till the assistant miss Amarachi always there in all situations for assistance 24/7 both electricity and security, very very clean more than my expectations The host is great person and understandable in one word his excellent all the amenities are extremely attractive and good, Ayodele place is home from home. Like to recommend his place for all my diaspora friends, Ayodele even organised Airport transfers to his place both to and from on a special arrangement his extremely excellent.
