Loukoulos' Green maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

My place is the adored house of my childhood which was lovingly built by my parents. Renovated with all modern amenities located in the center of the village Magganitis with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.The house is close to the beatiful beach Firodi.To go to the beach you need 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. Also close to the grocery,70 m.from tavern"Φεροη" and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles.

Vathipotamia 4: apartment with amazing sea view

Cozy apartment with stunning view of the sea and the magical sunset of western Ikaria. In the bay exactly below the house, there's a unique secluded swimming area on the rocks (5 min by foot). Great location, between Armenistis and Nas (both are about 2 min by car). 5-min drive to sandy Messakti beach, 15 min to the traditional village of Christos Raches, less than 25 min to the harbor of Evdilos.
