The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.
