Martha was a perfect host. We gave us all the necessary information and was helpful at all times. the space is a little corner in the sky. Better than in the photos itself, it was an environment of peace and quiet.

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

The stay in the space of Caique was wonderful organized super clean apartment, it's everything is just perfect we feel at home we love everything , it is well located with commerce to the surroundings, the communication with the Caique is very good easy and fast , it was perfect and we will be staying again . Great apartment for up to 4 people, very well located, next to Shopping Maia and in the best neighborhood of Guarulhos. It is in perfect condition, very well equipped, spacious balcony, two bathrooms. I stayed with my wife and two children for 10 days. The condominium is very nice, safe and without bureaucracies. The market and the laundry 24h were great differentiators for us. I strongly recommend the Elder as a host, always available before and during the stay, took care of everything and made us very comfortable. On the next trip, absolutely, we'll be there again.

Very quiet stay. We stayed to go to a show at Allianz Parque and it was very good, it is very close to the subway, it has nearby restaurants, grocery store and many features. The studio is very comfortable and clean. A highlight is the good soundproofing, even with the noise of the city and the street, when we close the balcony you don't hear anything.

Excellent location near tons of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Her apartment is cute, cozy, and quiet, overlooking the pool at the back of the condominium. The AC and shower/hot water work great, the bed is comfortable, and the glassed-in patio is a great place to work from since the WiFi is fast. Would definitely have stayed longer if it was available!

Second time I stay at Thiago's apartment. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the location is wonderful, close to everything! The apartment is cozy and has a super charming electric fireplace in the living room. The check in was easy and the concierge super solicitous! I also had easy communication with Thiago during the stay. The apartment is as described in the ad and photos. we will go other times!

I recently stayed in a 2-bedroom flat at the Cad'Oro Building in Brazil, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well-maintained and modern the building was. The flat itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were both generously sized, with plenty of storage and natural light. One of the standout features was the stunning view from the balcony, which offered a picturesque glimpse of the surrounding area. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the living room had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal. It was in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Public transport was easily accessible, and I never had trouble getting around. The building's amenities, such as the gym and pool, were top!

Casa da Dona Bella is simply perfect! As described in the listing, it is super cozy and well-equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The shower is very warm, the beds are very comfortable and the condo is beautiful, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment. The location is excellent, very close to Vila Capivara, allowing you to explore everything on foot. In addition, Dona Bella is an extremely friendly, attentive and concerned person for the well-being of guests. Jayme’s unit was the perfect base to relax for a few days in SP after the fun and carnival parties in Rio. It exceeded our expectations as the amenities were amazing and felt more like a resort. The gym was much bigger than the photos and there was both an indoor heated Olympic sized pool and outdoors infinity pool for those who want to tan. Also had jacuzzi, and dry sauna and massage beds. The location was perfect, just off of Paulista ave, and 10 min walk to Rua Augusta where all the bars and shops can be found. We also enjoyed the balcony dining set to have breakfast in the morning. The shower pressure was just awesome which is something we really love. Def would stay again the next time we’re in Sao Paulo.
