Cottage with private beach

Family friendly cottage with private sandy beach to Sunds Lake. The cottage can accommodate 1-2 families and accommodates 2 bedrooms: 1x double bed + 1x three-quarter bed, in addition a large loft. The house has a large common room as well as the lawn down to the water, providing ample opportunity for plenty of play and activities. The lovely bathing water also invites you to a trip on the summerhouse's sup boards. Enjoy your morning coffee in your shelter, and the sunset over the lake inside under the covered terrace with a built-in fireplace.

Large modern family villa

The house is located in Gjessø, 7 km from Silkeborg - a lovely village with well-stocked grocery store, playground and a small swimming lake with beach and bridge. From Gjessø there is a bus to Silkeborg. Since we have three cuddly and fur-filled cats (see photo), we prioritize cat-loving tenants who want to fill up in the feeder 1-2 times a week and iron them a bit with the hairs. The cats have a cat flap in the hallway and are always out at night and when we are not home. The three beds of the house are 120, 140 and 180 cm, respectively.

Separate guesthouse with kitchen, loft, and playground

In scenic Bryrup you will find this cozy guest house (about 50 m2) with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and loft. On the ground floor there is a double bed, which can also be set up as separate beds. In the loft (in open connection with the room) there are two mattresses that can be put together accordingly. Outside there is a small garden behind the house. There is also a public playground about 10 meters from the driveway. You can count on being in a completely peaceful setting - and the guesthouse is completely private.

Lovely large two level house of 160 sqm with private entrance. 3 large bedrooms with double beds. Large enclosed garden where there is room to play ball. Large trampoline with safety net. Driveway with space for cars. Only 5 min to Discount supermarket and Brande midtown where there are cafes and restaurants. Close to train/bus. Free parking and internet fiber internet 1000/1000 Mbit. Brande is centrally located, 15 min to Herning exhibition center, 35 min to Billund airport and Legoland. 15 min to Givskud zoo.

House by the swimming lake and with wilderness bath

Take a break from a busy day and treat yourself and your family to an unforgettable vacation in this cozy newly renovated cottage. A charming retreat with a terrace, wilderness bath, covered terrace, and large garden stretching down to a lovely swimming lake. If you are on SUB board or similar, water activities, the lake is perfect. For nature lovers and exercisers, there is a wonderful 5.6 km run & walk route around the lake. The cottage is only a 16 minute drive from MCH Messecenter Herning and Boxen.

Sydbyen 2 weather. w/4 sleeping, private kitchen/bath

The basement apartment is located in the quiet popular Sydby district. From the garden there is a private entrance to the basement. Here there are two bright interconnecting rooms with bed bed 140x200 and sofa bed 120x200 and dining area for 4. There is TV with big YouSee package and free internet The bathroom is large with bath and shower. Small kitchen with all accessories. If I am not going to use the garden myself and on request, the garden may be used

Private beach, canoe and rowing boat

Holiday home located directly to lake and own beach. The water is clean and ideal for fishing, swimming and bathing. A real holiday home in the traditional sense, with everything as it needs to be, but no luxury. The house is one of the first and best located at Sund's Lake. Here you will find a 180 degree lake view directly to the west. With the house also comes canoe and rowing boat. You can bring your own kayak/windsurfer.
